I do like his names a little more Nora and Carolyn are adorable. But this is not about what I think this is about you, your husband and your unborn child. You need to pick a name your child can be proud of, and that BOTH of you like.

I do not like the names Kashara, Monique, Hayden, Opal, Wendrith, Quin, Bellalyn, Paitrey, Fara, or Kasha. Kat is okay but it is really better used as a nickname for Katerina or Katherine.



Jacqueline Diana and Nicole Rose are nice names. I do not like Nora Grace or Carolyn Ann. Carolyn Ann does not flow together.



I agree with your husband on choosing a more traditional name. There can be a very fine line between unique and bizarre. Remember that your child will have to live with this name until the age of 18. Children can be mean so use caution before deciding on a name.

I like all of the names he chose and I only like Hayden from your list.
Your names, for the most part, sound ridiculous. His names are much better. I don't know how many times I have to repeat myself about this, but your baby will one day be an adult, an adult that needs to go to college and find a job to become a functioning member of society. A study was done, showing that children with "unique" names are often percieved as being less intelligent than their "normal" named counterparts. That makes things harder on a whole lot of levels.

Sorry but I don't like modern unique names. I prefer older more traditional names to be honest.



Jacqueline Diana - No and no.

Nicole Rose - No and yes. Nicole isn't great, but Rose is lush. I like Nicola though.

Nora Grace - No and yes. I hate Nora but I absolutely adore Grace. That's on my list!

Carolyn Ann - Yes and no. I like Carolyn, but only if it's spelt as Caroline (it's more traditional) and I hate Ann, but I love Anna.
